Contacting support
Include the request-id from the response header. It finds the exact
request in our logs, including the original wording of any downstream
failure, which never reaches the API response. For a payment a sender
claims went missing, also include the deposit's network_reference: the
bank network's own reference for the payment, which a bank can trace.
