Developer and partnership questions
Write to hello@rasto.co for sandbox access, partner onboarding, product fit, supported corridors, or the steps required before live access. Include your company name, the use case, the countries you plan to serve, and the approximate integration stage.
Integration and account support
Write to support@rasto.co for an existing
integration, account access, a privacy request, or an incident. For an API
failure, include the response request-id, the environment, the HTTP method
and path, and the time of the request. The identifier lets support find the
request without asking you to forward credentials or customer data.
For a payment a sender claims went missing, include the deposit id and its
network_reference if the API returned one. Do not create a replacement
payment until you have reconciled the original through
GET /api/transactions.
Registered offices
Rasto's legal entities and registered addresses are maintained in the Rasto Privacy Policy. They include Twift Technologies Private Limited in Sikar, Rajasthan, India, and Twift Czechia s.r.o. in Prague, Czech Republic. Use the policy as the current authority for legal notices and data-protection requests.
